In the following video I will be showing you a quick and easy way to make a bedtime (or anytime) drink that is a powerhouse of nutrients, including of course, the miraculous turmeric. When I say this is a potent yet delicious drink that will benefit your health in so many ways, I am not exaggerating. This packs a serious superfood punch that is so easily ingested as it is also extremely tasty and a perfect cozy drink for those cold winter nights.




4 cups – Coconut Milk
2 tbsp – Ghee
2 tbsp – Creamy MCT
2 tbsp – Collagen (or as desired)
1 tsp – Cinnamon
1 Turmeric Capsule
Pinch of salt
1-2 tsp – Cacao (as preferred)
1 tsp – Ginger
1 tsp – Monkfruit Powder (optional)
Small pinch of black pepper


As you may or may not know, turmeric is beyond a superfood and has so many health benefits that it is unreal. The word superfood is very casually thrown around but with turmeric we’re talking about an actual super food, one that has been known for its profound health benefits for literally thousands of years. The proof is in the pudding as they say and as a wellness explorer it’s my job to pay attention to what other cultures have been consuming for so long and the reasons why. Well, turmeric is one of these and it has fascinated me to no end for the last 2 decades. I have many videos (listed below) on the subject and many more to come.

I’m not going to focus entirely on the health benefits because I have other videos devoted exclusively to that, but rather, I want to offer a recipe that anyone can make, one that takes very little time and more importantly, one that incorporates other superfood ingredients such as creamy MCT, coconut milk, collagen, ghee, cacao, ginger and cinnamon.
