Dr. Kurt Hong (clinical director of the clinical nutrition program at USC) will share what he’s learned about the benefits of fasting, including research on how fasting mobilizes cellular and tissue regeneration. Intermittent fasting results in loss of weight, especially around the belly—and it turns back the clock at a cellular level, dropping cholesterol and inflammation throughout the body.
