If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to email@example.com with your order reference number and the reason for your return request. Our team will review your request to make sure it is in accordance with our return policy and send you a complimentary return shipping label to begin the return process within 3 business days (not including major holidays and no PO Boxes).
At Naomi Whittel Brands, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible. For our full refund policy see the customer agreement below.

Within 30 Days – You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped and delivered with all original product packaging and original packing slip/ receipt (returns without original product package and packing slip/receipt will not be refunded in full – 20% fee will be applied). Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label. Please note that return labels cannot be provided for PO Boxes. *Return/Cancellation policy on programs/courses vary. Shipping and Restocking Fees – In the US, your original shipping fee will be deducted from any refund amount if the order was under $100 in the US. If your order after the return drops below $100 in the US, original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, no shipping charges will be applied. Restocking fee of $15 will be applied to all returns* For Canadian purchases, we do not accept returns, and should you have any problems with your order please see applicable section in our complete return policy.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Coupons and other discounts not applicable when purchasing gift cards. Gift card balance can be tracked by creating an account at NaomiWhittel.com.
Discount and Free Gifts – Any discount applied to the order will be deducted from the refund issued; any order falling below a minimum for Free Gift offer must be returned with the free items in good condition.
Include original packaging and product in new condition – Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Naomi Whittel Brands will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer.*
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days of receiving and inspecting the return order.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free – Full refund is available for Buy 2 Get 1 free offer for returns made within 30 days of delivery. Returns must include at least 2 unopened products to be eligible for a refund. All other return/refund restrictions apply.
Digital Products/Purchases – Refunds on digital purchases are not available. Should the digital purchase be part of a bundle that includes physical product(s), a partial refund may be issued for the physical product(s) based on our full company return policy (please see our complete return policy for more information on physical product returns.) Return/Cancellation policy on digital programs/courses vary. Please visit the program/course-specific page for more information or email us at email@example.com. Should digital product(s) be offered as a free gift and return of physical product(s) is made within company return policies, the retail price of the digital product(s) will be deducted from the refund amount of the physical product(s), and all other rules and restrictions apply.
*DAMAGED, BROKEN, OR MISSING ITEMS
Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if your package is damaged, lost, or broken. If you receive damaged products, please take photos and send them to our customer care team for review. We are unable to assist with broken or damaged products outside of the 30 day window time frame.
As long as your return adheres to the requirements described above, follow these steps to return your product:
1. Please request your return at email@example.com
2. After reviewing your return form, we will email you a return label. Print out the return label and securely attach it to a suitable shipping carton.
3. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier’s closest location. We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for this process.

Can I return a bundle or kit?
● Bundles and kits are only eligible for a refund in the form of original payment if returned as the original bundle or kit, without any missing products.
