MCT Zucchini Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups diced zucchini
1/4 cup tahini
1 juice of lemon
1/4 cup almond butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp SGF Whole Food MCT
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt, more or less to taste

 

 

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, slowly add in a little bit of water while blending to reach desired consistency.
