I know that a lot of us have the immune system, and especially boosting the immune system, on our mind these days. What if I told you that you can support your immunity by eating brownies? Keto ice cream is another decadent keto treat and one that I loved sharing on the Dr. Oz Show. This ice cream is so delicious and delivers on the satisfying fats and sweetness that you would expect from a typical ice cream recipe. I was determined to find an option that was high in fat and also had some fiber as well. What I came up with is keto avocado ice cream. This ice cream combines a few simple ingredients – frozen avocado cubes, lemon juice, almond butter, Creamy MCT Vanilla Coconut Swirl, vanilla and salt – in the food processor. The results are fast, easy and sure to tame any sweet cravings while beginning or following High Fiber Keto.
