I am humbled with gratitude and joy about the excitement unleashed with the release of my new book, Glow15. As you may know, I am a working mother of four children and the challenge of raising kind-hearted, good human beings is one of the hardest jobs around. You have to be thoughtful in every decision you make because even the small things somehow have a big impact on kids. As a mother, I have been scrupulous in considering the details of how my family lives from the types of food we eat, to the kind of toothpaste we use down to the kind of detergent we wash our clothes with. I thought I had lived through the intense (but beautiful) responsibility of looking out for others. Then came the development of Glow15!
As I created the 15-day program to activate your body’s autophagy (your innate repair and self-cleaning crew), it became apparent to me that just like the particulars of what kinds of food I feed my kids or topicals I put on their tender skin, I was not going to be okay with mediocre suggestions for my readers regarding the types of ingredients you’ll consume while journeying through Glow15. After all, you are truly important to me and just like I would only want the best for my children, I want the best for you as well.
