1/4 full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup avocado – based mayonnaise
2 teaspoons tea seed oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion granules or 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 scoop of collagen (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
