1 tablespoon coconut butter
1/4 cup fresh mint or 2 – 3 drop real mint extract
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoon monk fruit (optional)
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
2-3 ice cubes
1 serving of collagen or whey protein (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 2 minutes. Best enjoyed cold.
