DIY Balancing Epsom Salt Soak
Yields: 1 – 2 soaks
2 cups 100% pure Epsom salts
1/2 baking soda
3 – 5 drops lavender essential oil
3 – 5 drops clary sage essential oil
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Store in an airtight jar (like a mason jar).
Pour 1 – 2 cups of Balancing Epsom Salt Soak into a warm bath.
Adjust temperature to as hot as you can tolerate.
The warmer the water, the better the results.
