½ cup cold water
½ cup ice
¼ cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk)
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Pinch of sea salt
Note that the Simply GOODFATS Chocolate Grass-Fed Collagen Protein contains both powdered MCT oil and monk fruit sweetener. If you substitute a different collagen protein, you may want to increase your MCT oil and add a pinch of monk fruit.
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
